Graeme Sperryn

Graeme was born in Durban, South Africa and grew up on a sugar cane farm on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal.

He has a B.A. (Law) from the University of Stellenbosch (1983), and an LL.B from the University of Natal (1985). Following two years of compulsory national service as a military lawyer in the South African Army, Graeme immigrated to Canada in 1989, settling in London.

In 1992 he received an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario and in 1994 joined London law firm Berg Kennedy Cleaver Broad LLP, which merged with Siskinds in 2002.

Graeme`s business law practice is focused on the needs of the owner-manager and includes shareholder agreements, purchases and sales, re-organizations, financings and security, partnerships, tax planning and succession issues. He also represents charities and not-for-profit organizations. Graeme is involved with several local community organizations. He is married and has two children.
