Fausto, a partner and department head of Siskinds’ Business Law Group, was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1976. He obtained his B.A. at King’s College in 1971 and his LL.B in 1974 from the University of Western Ontario. He specializes in a range of business law matters, including:

• incorporation and organization of companies
• preparation of and advising on shareholders’ agreements and issues arising therefrom
• corporate reorganizations, both business and tax driven
• business acquisitions and divestitures
• corporate finance
• estate planning and wealth transfers
• commercial real estate acquisitions and financing
• tax litigation

Fausto is also a long-time lecturer and seminar leader in Estate Planning and Business Law for the London Bar Admissions Course, Law Society of Upper Canada.
