Eric practices at our affiliate office Siskinds, Desmeules in Quebec City. Eric studied law at Laval University and was called to the Quebec Bar in 1987.
Eric has an extensive experience in the trial and appellate Courts and he can therefore litigate all types of cases. Also, Eric understands the issues at stake and was involved in many mediation and negotiation process.
Eric practices in the sector of civil litigation. He specializes in representations before the Courts in the field of insurance and civil contacts. He also has relevant experience in the field of class actions and real estate. Eric assists clients by seeking Court injunctions and he regularly advises clients on all aspects of employment law. Eric is a rigorous lawyer and very imaginative to get the full benefits of the law or to find an appropriate solution.
He lectured for Laval University’s Faculty of Law and at l’École du Barreau (Quebec Bar School), as well as for numerous organizations. Eric is a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters.
