Emily Foreman

Emily assists injured individuals and their families in all aspects of injury claims, and is dedicated to achieving the best results for her clients. Emily is a partner with Siskinds and her practice has a focus on catastrophic and non-catastrophic motor vehicle claims, paediatric injury claims and slip or trip and fall claims. Emily has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Pension Appeals Board. 
Emily graduated with Distinction from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario in 1999. Emily was an academic All-Canadian from 1997-1999. She earned an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2002. Emily received the E.J. McGrath award for excellence in the Bar Admission Course in Ontario. Emily articled at a national law firm before joining Siskinds in 2003. 
Emily is a native Londoner with strong ties to the community. She has been active with a number of local organizations, including the Victorian Order of Nurses, the Learning Disabilities Association of London and Region and the Canadian Paraplegic Association, London Region. Emily is a member of the Board of Directors of London Bridge Childcare Centres. Emily was a nationally ranked athlete for many years prior to entering the practice of law.
