As a partner at Siskinds, Beth practices exclusively in the area of management-side labour and employment law, assisting employers with a broad range of legal matters. Her practice includes a particular emphasis on labour relations in both the construction and non-construction sectors, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and employee discipline, as well as employee terminations and wrongful dismissal actions, human rights complaints, occupational health and safety issues and other day-to-day questions related to legislative compliance.
Beth joined Siskinds in January 2005 as part of the firm's expansion of its Labour & Employment Group after practicing management-side labour and employment law for a large national law firm in its London, Ontario office.
Beth graduated with an LL.B from the University of Windsor, where she received several awards, including the Rae Marcus Award and the National Trust Prize (Estates).
