Mr. Lockwood was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1972. He received his education at the University of Western Ontario (H.B.A. 66), (LL.B. 70). He is a partner at Siskinds, an occasional Judge for the Small Claims Court for the County of Middlesex and a prosecutor for federal offences.

Mr. Lockwood is also a lecturer for the Bar Admission Course, Law Society of Upper Canada, in London.
