David A. Broad

David was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1981. He received an Honours B.A. in History from the University of Western Ontario in 1976 and his L.L.B., also from the University of Western Ontario, graduating in 1979.

David`s practice focus is on the resolution of commercial and business disputes. David also has an active practice in the municipal and administrative law. David appears frequently in the Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, as well as numerous administrative tribunals including the Ontario Municipal Board.

David is active in the London community, through his involvement in a number of charitable organizations and in leadership in his church. He presently serves on the Board of Mission Services of London Foundation, which supports homeless shelters for men, women and children and provides related services in London.
