Craig was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1991. He was educated at Queen’s University, where he received his Bachelor of Commerce in 1986, and the University of Western Ontario, where he graduated on the Dean’s List with his Bachelor of Laws in 1989. Before joining Siskinds in 1996, Craig practised as in-house counsel with the Androcan Group of companies in Toronto.
Craig has a broad-based business law practice, advising both corporations and their owners. In addition to business purchases and sales, re-organizations, financings and obtaining and granting security, Craig engages in contract drafting and review and advises business owners on tax planning and succession issues. Among Craig’s clients are a number of agribusinesses, manufacturers and service businesses. Craig also counsels a number of not-for-profit organizations in the London area.
