Catherine Bruni
Having received an honours B.A. from McGill University in 1988 and her LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 1991, Cathy was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1993 and has practiced in London since that time.
A Partner with the firm and member of the Firm's Executive Committee, Cathy routinely acts in defence of insurance brokers, and also acts on behalf of a number of insurance companies with respect to losses arising from motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, property losses, liquor liability and occupiers liability claims.
In the estate litigation field, Cathy has extensive experience in matters involving the passing of trustee accounts and in handling disputes on behalf of both trustees and beneficiaries.
