Barry graduated from UWO Law School in 1977 and was a Partner in Berg Kennedy Cleaver Broad LLP when that firm merged with Siskinds in 2002.
Barry practices business law, acting for a number of local owner-managed businesses, "green" energy and software companies as well as national and multi-national enterprises. He has been lead Canadian Counsel in several world wide acquisitions with an aggregate value in excess of 2 billion dollars. Having received considerable experience in the law relating to Information Technology, Barry has assisted technology companies from start up to IPO.
Barry has been extremely active in the community, sitting on boards of charitable institutions, assisting sports organizations and coaching numerous minor hockey and baseball teams. He also chaired the Childhood Cancer Research Association golf tournament for nine (9) years.
