Andre is a retired lawyer with Siskinds, Desmeules, our affiliate office in Quebec City. He graduated from Laval University Law School in 1955 and called to the Quebec Bar in 1956. Prior to joining Siskinds, Desmeules, Andre was a Superior Court Justice for 25 years and before that, a lawyer with St.-Laurent, Monast, Desmeules, Walters & Dube, where his practice was mainly focused on Insurance Litigation.

Of interest, one of Andre's partners was the former Canadian Prime Minister from 1949-57, Louis St-Laurent.
