Founded in 1993, Munsys assists utilities and government with the management of infrastructure assets. Tailored specifically to the needs of utilities and government, the Munsey products have been implemented worldwide at numerous organizations since 1997.

After being based in Australia and South Africa, Munsys decided to expand its operations into the North American market. Glenn Matthews of the Siskinds Immigration Group helped guide Munsys through the complexities of U.S. immigration law. Siskinds not only helped with the transfer of key personnel and organization of the U.S. subsidiary, but provided advice with regard to the L-1 intra-company transferee visa category.

Siskinds LLP successfully battled the U.S. Department of Homeland Security when issues arose and helped Munsys with the movement of key executive personnel and their family members from L-1 to Green Card status.
